About Bob Turpin
Printed Books and E-Books (Immediate Downloads)

Bob Turpin, a historian, researcher, and a leading authority on the Old West is a writer of historical fiction for over thirty years. His articles and short stories appeared in most of the historical western magazines from 1967 through 1999. In 1972 he published “Oklahoma’s Buried Millions” and did a second printing that same year. This was followed by two more small books, “Treasure Hunt 1” and “Treasure Hunt 2.”

Bob was working on several more books and stories when he was interrupted by illness and had to put his research on hold. During that time he received letters from western fans nationally wanting to know if and when he would continue his writings. Now he is finally back and ready to take his readers, old and new, on many more exciting rides into our western history.

So, pards, saddle up and join him on his many exciting and entertaining rides through the pages of western history and meet the folks, good and bad, who lived there. Bob has a million stories to tell … and even though they are considered to be historical fiction, they are all based on true and recorded incidents and happenings.

Here’s to your reading pleasure ….
